Codemancers Technologies Private Limited

Software Engineer

Embedded with Grit Financial, a US fintech, on an earned wage access and paycard platform delivered white-label through payroll providers. Also builds Codemancers' internal products.

  • Integrated the platform with five payroll providers, replicating the full advance product onto each: client and employee sync, employment verification, webhook subscriptions with replay, and settlement reconciliation.
  • Built the advance engine: configurable line rules, statement lifecycle, employer repayment, and access controls down to the individual employee, including US state-level regulatory constraints.
  • Built the identity and onboarding path: SSO, OTP verification, KYC with retry and manual review, and a bulk enrollment pipeline that takes an employer's spreadsheet through to provisioned, verified accounts.
  • Built a meeting bot for Gather that joins calls, records them, and produces live transcripts with speaker attribution, on isolated per-call infrastructure.
  • Took Gather's agent layer onto LangGraph, deployed it, and wired it into the product's chat and Slack surfaces.
